TOMS RIVER, NJ 'Lend Me A Tenor', the first collaborative theatrical presentation between Ocean County Vocational Technical School's Performing Arts Academy and Ocean County College, received top honors at the Montclair State University's College of the Arts 2011 Theatre Awards Presentation, honoring excellence in high school drama. The play received recognition for 'Outstanding Production of a Comedy.' OCVTS Theater Instructor and Director Anthony Ciccotelli commented, "Of all the categories in which we were nominated this was the one that meant the most to me because it was all of us who made that production happen and were recognized for it. The students were treated to an absolutely fantastic celebration of encouragement from their host and presenters. It was clear their intention was to celebrate the work from schools all across New Jersey."
